Dr Andy Tiller, EVP Collaboration & Innovation, TM Forum
Dr Andy Tiller leads TM Forum’s collaboration work, including the Catalyst program. He has over 25 years’ experience in product marketing and product management for telecom suppliers and technology companies, having joined TM Forum in early 2017 from Chinese BSS/OSS supplier AsiaInfo, where he built an international product strategy, established a global marketing function and set up the company’s operations in Europe.
Previously, Andy held senior positions at ip.access (where he was also a founding board member and director of the Small Cell Forum), ShoZu, and Convergys / Geneva Technology.
Mark Smith, IBC-TM Forum Collaboration & Catalyst Projects
Mark Smith has been at the forefront of the mobile communications revolution since the early 1990s, playing an integral role in the foundation of the GSMA and the Mobile World Congress.
Having specialised in Telecoms, Media & Entertainment convergence for the last decade, he is currently a Strategic Marketing Consultant to the TM Forum & IBC and a member of IBC’s Content Steering Group; a Non-Executive Director on Ofcom’s Advisory Committee for England and digital content online exchange platform, Konnect Digital, among other portfolio roles.
Yoann Foucher, Senior Director Product Management, MYCOM OSI
Yoann Foucher joined MYCOM OSI in 2007 and is currently Senior Director of Product Management, working as part of the R&D/PLM organization. In his current role, Yoann is responsible for the MYCOM OSI Product Lines related to Service Quality Management and Analytics.
Prior to MYCOM OSI Yoann worked mainly for CSPs in the fixed domain with British Telecom, mobile domain with Three UK, WiFi domain with the Cloud Networks (now a Sky company) in OSS Design and Technology strategy roles.
Yoann’s broad Telecom/OSS knowledge allowed him to be actively involved in the wider NFV/SDN as well as open APIs adoption within MYCOM OSI and as part of the TMF participating to APIs specification and coordinating a number of MYCOM OSI Catalyst participations.
Yoann holds an Engineering degree (equivalent to MSC) from Telecom Lille in France in Communications and Networks Interconnections as a Major and Telecom marketing as a minor.
Robert Ambrose, Managing Consultant, High Green Media
Rob Ambrose (@rambrose) is a consultant, industry analyst, writer and technologist providing strategic advice and content creation to media companies and their technology vendors.
As Founder and Managing Consultant at High Green Media, Rob has expert knowledge of media business systems and the content supply chain - ranging from scheduling and rights management through to content operations, media asset management and workflow. He’s focused on the transformative impact of cloud and data analytics on the media technology landscape.
He’s an active speaker and presenter on media and entertainment industry trends and has extensive international experience, working directly with media companies and vendors in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and North America. Rob holds an MBA with Distinction from Imperial College, London.
