With two decades of experience in advertising and technology, Seema Patel is a seasoned media executive with extensive expertise in launching new businesses and supporting multi-platform solutions. She has been the driving force of many new, innovative product rollouts throughout her career and is one of the leading experts in addressable and advanced advertising. Seema has a proven track record in leading high-profile initiatives by bridging strategy with efficient execution to drive scale and revenue growth.

In her current role as vice president, partnership development at ViacomCBS, Seema serves as the business lead with MVPD partners, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to onboard new addressable inventory sources, broadening the company’s vast portfolio of data driven assets. She facilitates strategic initiatives, business development, and platform implementation. During her tenure, ViacomCBS has built the largest addressable TV footprint in the country spanning across broadcast and cable in the areas of live linear, VOD and OTT platforms.

Larry Allen, VP & GM, Addressable Enablement, Comcast Advertising

Larry Allen is vice president and general manager of addressable TV enablement for Comcast Advertising. He is responsible for guiding the addressable TV solutions across Comcast, leveraging data and technology to enhance the consumer experience while delivering optimal results for clients across all screens.

Larry’s extensive experience in digital media, marketing, and business strategy is unmatched by most standards. Previously, Larry was VP ad product strategy for WarnerMedia where he developed innovative advanced TV solutions and drove product vision. Prior to joining WarnerMedia, Larry held senior positions at Xaxis, 24/7 Media, AOL, Tacoda and Unicast.

Larry also ran his own consulting business where he advised many major media companies, such as The New York Times, Meredith, and Business Insider. He is a frequently requested speaker at industry conferences and serves as an expert for all aspects of advanced TV solutions.

A graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Management, Larry is based in New York City.

Sarah Foss, CIO, Entercom

Sarah Foss is Chief Information Officer for Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and one of the two largest radio broadcasters in the U.S. Entercom reaches over 170 million people each month through a robust portfolio of over 230 radio stations, live events and digital platforms, and is the nation’s unrivaled leader in news and sports radio. In this role, Foss leads the strategy and operations of advertising technology, business systems, and IT for the company’s entire portfolio.

With more than 25 years of experience in media technology, Sarah has a comprehensive understanding of the media technology ecosystem. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President, strategic initiatives for FreeWheel Advertisers, a division of FreeWheel that provides a global media buying and selling platform that serves more than 1,200 advertising agencies globally. Previously, she was general manager, ad tech for Imagine Communications, a market leader in advertising optimization and video infrastructure. She has served in other executive positions at global technology companies including: YANGAROO, Inc., Encompass Digital Media, VCI Solutions, and Harris Corporation.

Foss is a cofounder of the TechBaes, a tech focused organization for women in the media and ad space to find mentoring, networking, and community. She recently completed a decade of service to the Alliance for Women in Media in multiple Board functions and is an honoree of several industry awards. They include the Woman of the Year Finalist for three years for the International Association of Broadcast Manufacturers; the Individual Leadership Award from the TV of Tomorrow Awards for Leadership in Interactive and Multiplatform Television and Woman of the Year Award, Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations for the American Business Association. She holds a patent in the ad tech space.

Sarah holds a B. A. in broadcast communications from Pacific Lutheran University and a M. B. A. in Management / Telecommunications from Ohio University.
